Hello Pet: The All-in-One App for Pet Parents

Designed an all-in-one pet management app that helps owners track routines, set reminders, and stay on top of their pet’s health — without missing a single tail wag.

Understanding the Product

Designed Hello Pet to support pet parents with smart scheduling, personalized care routines, and effortless vet visit prep. The app brings together daily task reminders, pet-specific shopping suggestions, and streamlined onboarding — so managing Charlie’s meals or Mochi’s meds feels less like a chore and more like second nature.

“Not another 47-screen setup, please.” ✨

Most apps make you feel like you're applying for a pet PhD before you even get to the dashboard — long forms, endless dropdowns, and zero patience for people just trying to help their pets. I kept things light: a breezy onboarding with a few simple, visual questions that actually matter — like pet type, name, and routine basics. The UI feels friendly, fast, and fun, setting up Charlie or Mochi’s experience in seconds, not minutes. It’s personalization, minus the paperwork.

Pet care kicks off with personality — a warm welcome screen featuring a joyful pup and a playful message that sets the tone for the app. The “Enter the world” button shifts between bold and soft states, guiding users intuitively without saying a word. It’s onboarding with charm, designed to feel friendly, focused, and full of tail-wagging energy.

“Okay but... where do I even start today?” 📆

Most pet apps dump everything on the home screen — tasks, stats, ads, chaos. For pet parents, that’s overwhelming. So I crafted a clean, focused dashboard that does the thinking for you. Daily routines like feeding, walks, and meds are front and center, laid out like a checklist you actually want to complete. Each section is tailored to your pet, making it easy to know what Charlie or Mochi needs at a glance. Calm, clear, and made to get tails wagging.

The dashboard got a dose of delight — with a carousel of playful cards that nudge users to explore offers, join the community, or set up routines. Switching between Charlie and Mochi is one tap away, making the app feel personal and pet-first. Add a daily “Whisker Wisdom” trivia? Now we’re talking joy and learning — all baked into the home screen.

“Finding a vet felt harder than finding a date.” 🏥

Endless scrolling, no clue who’s good with cats vs dogs, and way too much guesswork. Booking a vet shouldn’t feel like a gamble. I designed a clean, card-based vet browser that shows exactly what pet parents need — vet type, distance, ratings, and specialties — all in one glanceable view. Filters make it easy to narrow down, and the whole flow is built to feel fast, friendly, and trustworthy. Charlie and Mochi are in good hands — no swiping needed.

Vet visits got a glow-up — with rich vet profiles that actually build trust. Key info like clinic hours, ratings, and specialties sit up top, while call and message options keep things one tap away. Below, personal pet cards add flavor and context, making it easy to book for Mochi or Charlie with confidence. It's clinical care wrapped in warmth and clarity.

Most pet shops throw everything into one big scroll-fest, leaving pet parents overwhelmed and confused. To fix that, I designed a clean, category-driven shop experience — with clear tabs for food, toys, pharmacy, clothes, and even pet furniture. Finding the perfect treat feels fast and joyful, not like a chore. Mochi gets her biscuit, and you get a smooth, stress-free checkout. Win-win.

“I just want to buy Mochi a treat.” 🛍️

Shopping meets clarity — with playful yet informative product cards that highlight deals, reviews, and delivery perks at a glance. Tapping into a product opens a clean, no-nonsense detail view with size options, price breakdowns, and instant delivery info. It’s everything a pet parent needs to make quick, confident choices — minus the retail overwhelm.

“Did I give Mochi her meds… or was that yesterday?” 💊

Keeping up with pet routines — especially meds and vaccines — shouldn’t rely on memory alone. Most apps bury this info or make it hard to update. So I built a dedicated Routine section that turns health tasks into an easy, check-off system. With smart reminders, visual task tiles, and a clear history log, staying on top of Charlie’s vaccines or Mochi’s supplements feels smooth and stress-free. No more second-guessing, just healthy, happy pets

Managing meds made visual — each treatment is paired with an image, date, and dosage so pet parents can track it all at a glance. From pain relievers to eye drops, the layout keeps it clean, quick, and calm. Input fields are minimal and focused, making updates feel more like a tap-through than a task list. It’s healthcare, simplified — just how Mochi (and their human) likes it.

Hello Pet wasn’t just about building a pet care app — it was about creating a joyful, stress-free experience for every kind of pet parent. From daily routines to vet visits and treat shopping, every screen was designed to feel friendly, fast, and fuss-free. Mochi’s meds? Tracked. Charlie’s favorite toy? Just one tap away. Whether you’re a first-time cat dad or a seasoned dog mom, Hello Pet turns the chaos of pet parenting into something delightfully manageable.
